GCV is which navigational aid?

Three-letter identifiers on charts point to a specific ground-based navigation aid. GCV is the published identifier for the Greene County VORTAC. A VORTAC combines VOR navigation with TACAN, providing civilian VOR guidance plus DME (and TACAN information for military). So GCV corresponds to that facility, not to the other named facilities, which would have different IDs.
